Director's shareholding

i-design announces that it was notified on 27 November 2008 that on the same day Ian Sunter, Finance Director of the Company, bought 20,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company, ('Ordinary Shares') at 25 pence per share. Following this purchase, Ian Sunter is interested in 63,591 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.45 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
