Purchase of Own Securities

Atlantic Global Plc (AIM: ATL), the specialist provider of integrated business and resource management software applications, announces that it has today made market purchases of 25,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares'). The shares purchased will be cancelled and were purchased at a price of 18 pence per share.

Following the purchase and cancellation of the shares, the Company's issued share capital consists of 22,784,350 Ordinary Shares, with one voting right per share.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 22,784,350.
