Directors' Shareholdings
The Board of Highams announces that it has today granted the following options to Mrs Kerri Sayers, Chief Operations Officer and Mark de Lacy, Managing Director of the Company:
2,070,550 options each exercisable at 1.25p per share pursuant to the Highams EMI Share Option Scheme.
All options are exercisable at any time between 30 March 2010 and 30 March 2017. Half of the options are exercisable following approval of the audited consolidated accounts of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March 2010. The balance of the options are exercisable subject to certain performance criteria.
Following the grant of these options, Mr de Lacy and Mrs Sayers have the following interests in the Company:
