In accordance with AIM Rule 20, Jacques Vert Plc confirms that it has today despatched to shareholders notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting, to be held at the Registered Office of Jacques Vert Plc, 46, Colebrooke Row, London, N1 8AF, on 16 December 2008, at 9.00 am, at which certain changes to the Company's articles of association will be proposed to reflect provisions in the Companies Act 2006..
