DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

K3, the IT solutions provider, announces that it has today received notification from Mr David John Bolton that on 20 November 2008 he transferred 195,250 Ordinary Shares of 25p each, representing 0.82 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 80 pence per Ordinary Share, to Alliance Trust Pension Limited as trustees of the Alliance Trust personal pension plan for the benefit of David Bolton.

The transaction does not affect the number of Ordinary Shares in which Mr Bolton has a beneficial interest, which is 772,300 Ordinary Shares representing 3.2 per cent. of the total shares in issue in the capital of the Company.
