The Company received a notification today from Camomille Associates on behalf of Vighignolo Reserve Entity Limited informing it that on 7 November 2008 they sold 5,635,585 shares representing 4.44% of the issued share capital, excluding Treasury shares, of 126,877,665 shares, at 11.5p per share to a related party Parsimony Limited.
