Today, the Board of Directors of VCF declared a capitalisation in lieu of a
dividend of US$0.13 per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 30 June
2008.

Payment Date:      11 December 2008

The distibution is subject to shareholder approval at the Company's annual general
meeting, notice of which has been posted to shareholders today, together with
