AMZ Holdings PLC ('the Company')

Grant of Options 

On 12 November 2008 the Company granted options over 900,000 ordinary shares of £1 each ('Ordinary Shares') to Michael Treanor (the 'Options'). The grant of the Options is governed by the Rules of the AMZ Holdings Executive Share Option Plan. 

The Options are exercisable as to 300,000 immediately at an exercise price of £1.35 per share and 200,000 on each of 1 January 2009, 2010 and 2011 (provided Michael Treanor remains an employee of the Company on each of these dates) at an exercise price equal to £0.50 above the trading price of an Ordinary Share on the trading day immediately prior to the relevant date.
