The Company is pleased to announce that Gordon Comben, 69, is going to the Board as a Non-Executive Director.

Mr Comben owns 2,727,606 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 44.30% of the Company's Total Voting rights.

There are no other details required to be disclosed under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
