China Wonder Limited (the 'Company') announces that Mr. Zhao Qingjie has resigned from the Board of directors of the Company with effect from 12 November 2008 to pursue other business interests. The Board would like to thank Mr Zhao for his contribution to the Company during his 4 years as Chief Executive.
Following Mr. Zhao's resignation, Mr. Zeng Qingdong. currently a director of the Company, has been appointed as Chief Executive with immediate effect.
