RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING

At the General Meeting of Waterline Group plc (the 'Company') held today all resolutions were passed, including the proposal to cancel the admission of the Company's shares to AIM under AIM Rule 41. As shareholder approval has been granted, it is expected that delisting will take place on or around 9 December 2008.
