Grant of Options

Landore announces that yesterday the remuneration committee of the Company approved the grant of options over 4,500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to Directors, pursuant to the Company's Share Option Scheme. The options were granted as follows:

Richard Prickett	1,500,000	5,100,000

The options are exercisable (in whole or in part) at any time up to the 5th anniversary of the date of grant and are exercisable at a price of 12p per share.
