Director's Dealing

The Company has received notification today that, following transactions yesterday, Wayne Mitchell, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of Baydonhill (the 'Ordinary Shares'), equivalent to 0.004 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company. The shares were purchased at a price of 5 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Mitchell now holds a total of 934,137 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 3.83 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
