Stagecoach Theatre Arts (AIM: STA) has been notified that on 3 November 2008
Richard Dawson, a Director of the Company, transferred for nil value 117,812
ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his name to
that of his wife, Lavinia Dawson.

Richard Dawson's beneficial holding in the Company remains as 117,812 Ordinary
Shares, representing 1.19 per cent. of the issued share capital of Stagecoach
Theatre Arts.
