Bateman Engineering announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 26 November 2008 at 11:00am at the Company's head office, the address of which is set out below. A Circular, which includes the notice of the meeting, has today been sent to Shareholders and holders of Depositary Interests. A copy of the Circular is also available on the Company's website, details of which appear at the foot of this release.
Copies of the 2008 Annual Report have also been sent to Shareholders and holders of Depositary Interests today and are available from the Company's head office. The 2008 Annual Report is also available on the Company's website.
