Empresaria was notified on 30 October 2008 that Nick Hall-Palmer, Group Development Director and Head of UK Operations, purchased on that date 4,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 32.5 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Nick Hall-Palmer's aggregate beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares, including his connected persons, is 211,653 Ordinary Shares representing 0.62 per cent. of the issued share capital of Empresaria.
