Houston, Texas (October 30, 2008) - Caza (AIM: CAZA & TSX: CAZ) received notification on October 29, 2008 that on September 23, 2008 HSBC Global Custody Nominee (UK) Ltd, on behalf of Telection Overseas Inc., Panama, now has an interest in 12,769,239 common shares of Caza, representing 10.70% of the outstanding share capital of Caza.
