TRADING UPDATE

The Board of Managed Support Services plc is pleased to announce that first half trading has been good and as a result the Board currently expects that the full year results to 31 March 2009 will comfortably exceed current market forecasts. This performance reflects better than anticipated trading margins as a result of previous cost cutting measures.

Net cash balances at 30 September 2008 improved to £7.9 million, equivalent to 8.8p per share (17 June 2008: £5.2 million as last reported in the EGM statement).
