Board Changes
Network Group Holdings plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Spencer
Jones as an executive director and of John James as a non-executive director,
both with immediate effect.
Spencer Raymond Arthur Jones (aged 36) qualified as a Chartered Accountant with
Robson Rhodes (now Grant Thornton) in 1998. He joined ESOS Group (a subsidiary
of Network Group Holdings Plc that provides business process outsourcing
services) in 2004 as Group Tax Manager. Since 2004 he has assisted the board of
Network Group Holdings Plc and the Pertemps Group on mergers, acquisitions and
disposals and recently played a pivotal role in the sale of Pertemps People
Development Group Limited.
He will continue in his current role as the Head of Transactions and Taxation
for the Network Group and will be responsible for Network Group Holdings Plc's
policy of incentivising the management of group companies through equity
investment.

John Anthony James (aged 63) qualified as a Solicitor in 1969. He was a Partner
with Edge & Ellison (now part of Hammonds) for 20 years. Since 1993 he has
practised as an independent business consultant. John James is a director of
Solihull Care Trust, a trustee of Get Ahead Charitable Trust and the Chief
Executive of Nechells Regeneration Project.
