On  17  October  2008 at 17.25pm (ref: BIT2618:0) the Net Asset Value  of  Noble
Income  &  Growth  VCT plc as at 16 October was announced as  67.49p.  This  was
incorrect and actually referred to the Net Asset Value of Noble AIM VCT plc.

The Net Asset Value for Noble Income & Growth VCT plc as at 16 October was 43.5p
per share.
