This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of MCB Bank Ltd will be held on October 24, 2008 at 10:30 a. m. at Principal office, MCB Building, Lahore to consider the 3rd Quarterly Accounts for the period ended September 30, 2008.

The Bank has declared the 'Closed Period' from October 17 to 24, 2008. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of MCB Bank Ltd in any manner during the Closed Period.
