                     SUSPENSION OF TRADING IN THE SHARES OF
                          NOBLE INCOME & GROWTH VCT PLC
                   IN RELATION TO THE SCHEME OF RECONSTRUCTION

Noble  Income  &  Growth  VCT plc announces that the listing  of  the  Company's
Ordinary Shares on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the trading
of  its  shares  on the London Stock Exchange were suspended at 7.30  a.m.  this
morning,  17  October  2008,  pending  the  outcome  of  a  proposed  scheme  of
reconstruction under Section 110 of the Insolvency Act 1986 in order to effect a
merger of the Company and Noble AIM VCT plc.
