Director's Dealing

The Company received notification yesterday that, following transactions on the same day, Charles McLeod, non-executive director, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of Baydonhill (the 'Ordinary Shares'), equivalent to 0.02 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company. The shares were purchased at a price of 2.25 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr McLeod now holds a total of 2,865,662 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 11.75 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
