Director/PDMR Dealings

The Board of the Company was informed today that on 7 October 2008 Howard Kitchner, a director of the Company, acquired a beneficial interest in 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') for a price of 1.2p per Share, and that on 8 October 2008, Mr Kitchner acquired a beneficial interest in a further 25,000 Shares for a price of 1.25p per Share. These Shares were acquired by Mr Kitchner's self invested personal pension fund.

As a result of this dealing, Mr Kitchner is interested in 9,944,163 Shares (representing approximately 9.0 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital).
