Exercise of Options

The Company announces that on 8 October 2008, 21,750 options were exercised by employees under the Just Car Clinics Group plc Unapproved and EMI Share Option Scheme.

Application has been made by Just Car Clinics for a further 21,750 ordinary shares of 1p pence each in the Company to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market.

It is expected that dealings in these new ordinary shares, which rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares will commence on 14 October 2008.
