Appointment of a director

The board of OneClickHR plc is pleased to announce the appointment of a new director, Trevor Townsend with effect from 7th October 2008. As Operations Director, Trevor is responsible for the delivery and implementation of HR.net to customers.

Trevor, aged 34, joined OneClickHR in September 2001. He is currently a director of Vizual Business Tools Pvt Ltd India, a wholly owned subsidiary of OneClickHR Plc. Previously Trevor worked for Marconi Ireland as a software engineering manager. 

As at the date of this announcement, 7th October 2008 Trevor Townsend held share options over 1,500,000 shares granted at open market value. Apart from these share options he has no interests in the share capital of the OneClickHR plc.

There are no other matters which are required to be announced as required under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
