Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it has received notification of the following Director's dealings made on 07 October 2008 in addition to the director's dealings notified earlier today:

Mr Shaun Mealey, Chief Executive Officer, has transferred 117,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company into his self invested pension plan; the Shaun Mealey SIPP.

The Shaun Mealey SIPP has also purchased a further 15,000 shares at a price of 35p per share.

Following this purchase, the total holding of Shaun Mealey in the Company amounts to 3,664,720 ordinary shares (representing approximately 16.54 per cent of the issued share capital).
