Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it has received notification of the following Director's dealings made on 07 October 2008:

Mr Shaun Mealey, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company at 15p per share.

Following this purchase, the total holding of Shaun Mealey in the Company amounts to 3,644,720 ordinary shares (representing approximately 16.45 per cent of the issued share capital).

Mr Seamus Joseph Millar, Finance Director, purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 15p per share.

Following this purchase, the total holding of Seamus Millar in the Company amounts to 903,496 ordinary shares (representing approximately 4.08 per cent of the issued share capital).
