Teleunit closes Neomobile transaction for €10.0 million

Further to the Company's results announcement made on 30 September, Teleunit is pleased to announce the completion of the sale of a 15.87% stake in Neomobile. Completion follows receipt by the Group of the consideration payable totalling €10.0 million.
