Directors Holding

The Company was informed today that on 6 October 2008, Daniel Akselson bought 10,000 ordinary shares of 40p each of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') representing approximately 0.14 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company at a price of 170p each from Jermyn Business Limited. Following this acquisition, Daniel Akselson holds 130,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.88 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
