Board Appointment

PAQ International Holdings Limited is a manufacturer and distributor of protective bags for mobile phones, laptops and other electrical devices, which are manufactured in the People's Republic of China ('PRC') and distributed in the PRC and in many other international locations. 

The Board of PAQ is pleased to announce the appointment of Dennis Ow, aged 42, as an Executive Director of the Company, with effect from 1 October 2008.

Mr Ow has acted in an advisory role to PAQ since the Company joined AIM in February and is currently Managing Director of Old Park Lane Capital ('Old Park Lane') , based in Hong Kong. His role at Old Park Lane has included business development, identifying new deals and assisting companies to raise funds in Asia. 

Before joining Old Park Lane, he was the Director for Blue Oar Securities based in Asia. Prior to that he worked as Senior Business Manager of Asia Pacific for the London Stock Exchange for over two and half years, during which time he successfully brought eight companies from Southeast Asia to AIM and two Main Market listings from Indonesia and the Philippines.

Mr. Ow also spent five and half years at First Data Corporation, a listed US company specialising in global credit cards processing and money transfer, where he was in charge of their training and business development for Greater China. Mr. Ow was educated and raised in Australia and gained an Undergraduate in Marketing and a Postgraduate in Management.
