Holdings in Company

 

Supercart was informed on 1 October 2008, that Venture Engineering LLC had transferred its direct holding in the Company of 4,487,500 Ordinary Shares representing 10.32 per cent. of the total voting rights of Supercart to Venture Holdings B.V. for nil consideration.

Venture Engineering LLC and Venture Holdings B.V. are wholly owned by the Larry Winget Living Trust, of which Larry Winget is the sole beneficiary and trustee.

Accordingly, on 1 October 2008, Venture Holdings B.V. became and remains the direct holder of 13,025,000 Ordinary Shares representing 29.95 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
