 Total Voting Rights Update

In conformity with the Transparency Directive, we would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued capital consists of 65,190,166 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ('Ordinary Shares'), all with voting rights. No shares were held in treasury at the date of this announcement. The total number of current voting rights in the Company is therefore 65,190,166.

The above figure (65,190,166 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
