RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

30 September 2008 

The Board of Cagney announces that Robin Williams, non-executive director, has resigned from the Board in order to pursue his other business interests.

Robin has been involved with Cagney since admission to AIM and the Board thanks him for his assistance with the flotation process, the development of Cagney and his support during recent management changes.

The Board will consider the most appropriate corporate governance structure going forward, and intends to make an additional non-executive appointment in due course.

Steve Mattey, CEO of Cagney, said 'We thank Robin for all of his work to date with Cagney, and wish him the very best for the future'.

This change takes effect from today's date.
