('the Company') announces that it has received notification from Albert Gourley, a non-executive director of the Company, of an increase in his shareholding in the Company following a purchase of 6,000 common shares at an average price of C$0.15 per share.

Al Gourley is now the holder of 1,506,000 common shares in the Company. This holding represents approximately 2.5% of the 60,572,904 shares currently in issue.
