Addendum to interim results statement

This addendum intends to clarify the phrase 'Working capital efficiency improved' as stated in the fourth paragraph of Financial Review section of the Company's interim results published on 18 September 2008. The phrase 'Working capital efficiency improved' related to the Group's management of accounts receivables for the first six months of 2008 excluding the inventories held by the Group. At the balance sheet date, the Group held total inventories of Rmb23m, of which Rmb8.85m was purchased and held by one of the subsidiaries, Xiamen Zhuoyue Bio-mass Energy Co., Ltd. for the planned forthcoming production.
