                                 Board Changes                                 

Following the recent disposal of Pertemps People Development Group Limited, the
Board announces the resignation of Nigel Bacon (finance director) from the
Board of the Company to pursue his other corporate interests and of Barrie
Clark (a non-executive director) with effect from 22 September 2008.

Paul Davis, group financial controller, will assume responsibility for
financial matters on the board. The Company is in the process of identifying a
new non-executive director to join the board.
