Intellego, the AIM traded e-learning and compliance courseware
solutions business, was notified on 16 September 2008 that City
Equities Ltd on 12 September 2008 held 4,700,000 Ordinary Shares of
0.5p in Intellego representing a holding of 3.59% of the Company's
issued share capital.

The Company was further informed that City Equities Ltd as at 16
September 2008 no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company's
issued share capital. Shares were sold to certain of City Equities'
private customers in the ordinary course of City Equities' business,
acting as Principal.
