Results of AGM and EGM

The Company is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held today, all the resolutions were duly passed.

In addition at the Extraordinary General Meeting also held today all the resolutions were duly passed. As a result, the Shareholders have authorized the Company to proceed with the disposal of the Ilford site and Brewery and Maltings site in Newark to Gerry Lee, a director of the Company. A further announcement will be made in due course.
