DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT
The Directors of Ensor Holdings plc ('Ensor' or 'the Company') are pleased to announce the appointment of Christine Harrison as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
Mrs. Harrison has an interest in 15,859,174 ordinary shares, representing 53.9 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. This interest comprises 3,895,794 shares held personally by Mrs. Harrison, 9,463,380 shares held by her husband Mr. K Harrison, who is also a director of the Company and 2,500,000 shares held in a family trust of which Mrs. Harrison is a trustee.
