Cancellation of Dividend

On 18 March 2008, the Company announced its intention to pay a dividend of 0.01p on 29 September to shareholders on the register on 19 September 2008.

Because of difficult market conditions, the Company's depressed share price and the anticipated time it will take to realise cash from its investments, the board of Zyzygy has decided to cancel the proposed dividend. The board remains optimistic about the prospects for its two main investee companies, MarineTrack Holdings plc which was admitted to AIM on 29 July 2008, and NiceTech Limited, and will reconsider proposing a dividend once it feels circumstances have improved sufficiently.
