Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company was informed on 9 September 2008 that as a result of a divorce settlement dated 15 August 2008 the beneficial interest of Paul Bouscarle, Chief Executive, in the Company’s Ordinary Shares of 10p each has reduced by 36,397 to 444,339 Ordinary Shares, which represents 8.18% of the Company’s issued share capital.

There is no further requirement for Paul Bouscarle to transfer or sell any of his remaining beneficial interest as part of such arrangements.
