Change in Board of Directors

The Company announces a change in its Board of Directors following the resignation of one of the non-executive directors, Lars McBride. His resignation was tendered the 20 August 2008 and was acted upon by the Nipson Board meeting held on the 4 September 2008.

The Board would like to thank Lars for his support over the years especially during the IPO process.

The Board will announce a replacement in due course.
