The  Company gives notice that all resolutions proposed in the Notice of Meeting
were  duly passed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on  Thursday
4th September 2008.

Copies  of all special resolutions will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority
shortly  and  will  be available for inspection at the UKLA's  Document  Viewing
