Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting 

Delisting of shares, termination of trading and voluntary winding up 

The Company announces that it has today received approval from the Financial Services Authority for a circular (the 'Circular') to be sent to shareholders convening an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 26 September 2008 at which shareholders will be invited to approve the entry by the Company into voluntary winding-up, delisting of the Company's shares and termination of trading of the Company's shares on the London Stock Exchange. The Company expects the despatch of the Circular to commence later today. The board of directors feels that this is a natural progression to achieving the investment objective of returning capital to shareholders.

Copies of the Circular to shareholders will be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at the Financial Service Authority, 25 the North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
