Cancellation of AIM Listing
e-pay Asia today announced its intention to cancel its AIM listing with effect
from 30 September 2008 while maintaining its listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
The Board has taken this decision as a result of a strategic review of the Company's business, which is now primarily focused on improving shareholder value. This decision will result in immediate cost savings, enhancing both the earnings and the profitability of the Company.
The Company has appointed Cameron Stockbrokers Limited (www.camstock.com.au), a Sydney based broker to provide share dealing facilities to UK shareholders who require the service. Interested shareholders can contact Cameron Stockbrokers on the UK toll-free number 0808 234 6211.
