Stagecoach Theatre Arts (AIM: STA) has been notified that on 18 August 2008
David Sprigg, Joint Managing Director of the Company, transferred 179,104
ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his name to
that of his Self Invested Pension Plan ("SIPP"), at a price of 67p per Ordinary
Share.

David Sprigg's beneficial holding in the Company remains as 2,721,033 Ordinary
Shares, representing 27.54 per cent. of the issued share capital of Stagecoach
Theatre Arts.
