Holdings in Company

Supercart plc (the 'Company') announced on 22 November 2007 that it had completed a placing of 8.0 million new ordinary shares to raise £1.6 million.

The announcement stated that the placees included Mr Philip Richards, who had subscribed for 4.25 million new ordinary shares (the 'Subscription'), increasing his holding to 11.59 million shares (26.65% of the enlarged share capital). The Subscription was in fact made by RAB Special Situations (Master) Fund Limited and not by Mr Richards.

Accordingly, Philip Richards direct holding in the Company was, and remains, 7,342,500 ordinary  shares representing 16.88 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.  RAB Special Situations (Master) Fund Limited has a direct interest in 4,250,000 ordinary shares, representing 9.78 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company. Mr Richards is a fund manager at RAB Capital plc and RAB Capital Plc therefore has an indirect interest in 11,592,500 Ordinary Shares representing 26.65 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
