Further to the announcement of the results of its AGM held on 8th August 2008,
Jarlway Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that the directors have resolved
to re-appoint Baker Tilly UK Audit LLP as the Company's auditor, which will be
put to the shareholders to be ratified at the next general meeting of the
Company.
