The Board of M&G Income would like to announce that on the 08 August 2008 a
further 200,000 Package Units in M&G Income were repurchased and cancelled.

Following this cancellation, the Company's issued share capital now comprises:

Ordinary Shares 272,048,792

Zero Dividend Shares 233,414,548
